- Doorstep pickup service
- Secure data erasure of devices
- Related consultation services
👤 2. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have legal ownership of the device
- Providing accurate device information and contact details
- Backing up important data before handing over the device
- Understanding and consenting to complete data erasure
- Complying with relevant Singapore laws and regulations
💰 3. Valuation Service
- Online valuation results are valid for 24 hours
- Final recycling price is based on physical inspection
- We may adjust the price if actual condition differs
- Prices may change due to market factors
- We reserve the right to refuse devices that do not meet standards
🚚 4. Pickup Service
- Pickup currently available within Singapore only
- We will confirm booking time by phone
- We aim to arrive within the agreed time window
- Technicians will check device condition on-site
- Payment is made immediately after confirmation
- Please notify at least 2 hours in advance to cancel
🔒 5. Data Security
- Professional tools used to completely erase data
- Data erasure follows DoD 5220.22-M standards
- Erased data is unrecoverable; please back up beforehand
- Data erasure certificate available upon request
- Strict privacy protection prior to data erasure
💳 6. Payment Terms
- Supports cash, bank transfer, and PayNow
- No hidden fees; quoted price is final
- Official receipt provided for all transactions
- Prices include all applicable taxes
⚠️ 7. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for unbacked data loss
- We are not liable for further damage to already damaged devices
- Price fluctuations are normal market risk
- No liability for service interruptions due to force majeure
⚖️ 8. Dispute Resolution
- Resolve disputes through friendly negotiation first
- Third-party mediation when necessary
- Final resolution via arbitration in Singapore
- Governed by Singapore law
- Jurisdiction lies with Singapore courts
